  1. How do I place an order? 

Navigate to the products you wish to order. Fill out the desired amount per size. Please mind that the overview on the cart-page displays the selected items per size, not per product: there are more lines than you would normally expect.

 

1.1 When do I receive the confirmation email? 

You receive an order confirmation on the e-mail address that is attached to your platform-account right after you placed the order. 

1.2 When do I receive the invoice?

The invoice is sent to you once the order is ready for shipment.

1.3 Do I receive a Track&Trace number?

Your track&trace code is attached in the email with Your Order File (YOF).

1.4 Order history

Navigate to “My Account” in the top right corner to view your order history.

1.5 Can I also order items from the current collection that are not in stock?

Most likely: yes! Please shoot us an email at info@paala.nl to see if we can deliver. This means that we will print the style that is not in stock on request (but no minimum order quantity required). If we are able to print the desired article for you, this will take 2 - 3 weeks.

We strive to process your order within 2 business days. The table below provides an overview of the delivery-times once your order is shipped.

  1. How do I pay?

After your order has been shipped, you will receive the invoice by email that can be paid using a bank transfer. 

3.1 What is the payment term? 

The payment term is 30 days. However, if you pay within 14 days you receive a 2% discount. This is stated on your invoice.

3.2 The automatically filled out discount-code has disappeared. How is this recovered?

In case an automated discount is applied to your customer account, the prices displayed in the shop are discounted prices. When you are placing an order and you proceed to check-out, you arrive at the ‘information page’ after you have checked your order on the ‘Cart page’.

At the ‘information page’ the original subtotal of your order appears in the right column, together with an automatically filled out discount code. The discount code is a random combination of numbers and letters and is displayed with a cross next to it. The right column displays the same information at the ‘Shipping’ and ‘Payment’ page. If at any of these 3 pages you accidently click the cross, the discount code will disappear. If this is the case, you need to navigate back to the ‘Cart page’ to make sure the discount code re-appears and is applied to your order.

  

  1. Is it possible to search and filter on garment types? 

You can search the webshop by using the 'search'-option in the top right corner. If, for example, you are searching for a long sleeve, type in: 'long sleeve' and find all long sleeve-items in the search results. You can also type in: 'Fall 20', to find all items that are in left in stock from the Fall 2020 collection. 

 

  1. Where can I find high resolution product images for my webshop? 

Once your order is ready for shipping, we inform you by sending Your Order File (YOF) by email. The email (YOF) includes high resolution images and a list of the products you ordered with all important product information. In the far right column of the YOF you will find links to high resolution product-images.
